So my visit to the grocery store had me find some exciting gems; sumac, coarse sea salt, crumbly hand made feta from auroville and some Lebanese spice mix from Fab India, consequently what I made was so extremely yummy baba ganoush and a large bowl of some fresh salad with feta, olive oil, lemon and the lebanese spice mix. Now the lebanese spice mix though nice is rather the kind of spice that would go well with meats and not on fresh salads. Well enough talking and now the picture of today's dinner.
